Litter tray and other matters

Dear friends, Lynettea says I should tell you at once that I seem to be better and better. I did take my tablet for a few days, but managed to spit it out this morning. I did swallow it after Lynettea said she was prepared to keep putting it in my mouth all morning if necessary. I think I may have had enough tablets by now, as I AM USING MY LITTER TRAY and EATING MY FOOD.
Now I have the nice basket on the floor near my computer I often use it for grooming sessions, sleeping at night and generally relaxing.
Lynettea read a few of my haiku at the State Library on Wednesday with her group, but she didn't say they were by me. She said that the authors were only mentioned together, not each haiku, but she showed me the video from her camera and I couldn't hear 'Diamond' mentioned. I think she is ashamed to acknowledge that I wrote some of the haiku.
She let me use her picture dressed in a kimono, as she was one of the musicians for the reading. She isn't a proper musician - she just banged the gongs occasionally. The library may be putting a film of the readings on their web site.
A pity that I won't be acknowledged, but I find there is such a lot of discrimination against cats. Now I am feeling better I will protest MIAOUWWWW MIAOUWWWW!!!!!!
I wonder if anyone will listen.

Good luck with your protest Diamond! I'm glad you're feeling better.
Glad to hear you are feeling better. I've never had to take a tablet yet, but Simba says you play hiding it for ages hee he xx We love your mummies outfit :)
Humans! They always try to take credit for their cats' brilliance. In my home, I refuse to allow that, but I've seen it time and time again with others. (sigh) At least you are feeling better, and I am glad for that.

Hurrah, dear Diamond! Your feeling better! God bless you, love.

Your mum looks lovely in her kimono. Even though you didn't hear her acknowledge you in words, she acknowledged you in her heart. Kisses and hugs for you, darling one.

Hooray! WE are so happy to hear that you are doing so much better, Diamond! Way to eat your food AND use your litter pan! This news is certainly a great way for us to start the weekend. :)

We hope that your protests are heard, and that Lynettea will give you credit where credit is due for your beautiful Haiku! We *do* like her kimono, though.

Hi Diamond! I'm glad to hear you're eating properly. But that's a bummer you didn't get credit for your Haikus. Sorry you have to take pills - I spit them out, too! Keep on eating!

Your new friend, Fuzzy (and Zoe, I guess)

Diamond, I'm so glad that you're starting to feel better now. Hope you can finish with the tablets too, 'cos it's no fun having to take them. Sorry that you didn't get the credit you deserve for your haiku, but at least your work was read, so that's one for the kitties!

Rest well,

Dear Diamond,

I hope you are feeling better. I don't actually have my own blog as this is the first time Berenice has let me at her computer. In fact I told her that she was looking very tired and must go for a little nap while I generally take care of things in her living room.

What she doesn't realise is that I've mmemorised some of her usernames and passwords. Does this make me devious or clever or a bit of both.

I may start a blog and post whenever she is out shopping for my food or working to buy my food.

Here is the link for her blog. http://www.grasshoppersinging.blogspot.com/ If you scroll down the page you can see photographs of magnificent me. I'm not really as conceited as I might sound, it's just...well, she so often tells me how wonderful I am. Every day in fact.

Yours, Solomon.
