I can't see the wound

I can't twist my neck to see my WOUND, but Lynettea had a good look at it for me so I could let everyone know. It seems to be healing over okay, she said, but she noticed there was a little bit of blood this morning. I must have been rubbing at the bits that had crusted over. I can't let you know exactly how I got the wound, as Lynettea has taken to checking my blog recently and I haven't told her yet. I hope she will stop checking my blog all the time.

She had an afternoon tea with some friends from her haiku group at the Museum on Thursday and  also some visitors from Interstate (Near Sydney - where I went BY MYSELF on the plane) and from Brisbane in Queensland. I am telling you this because the visitor from Queensland couldn't believe that I was capable of running my own blog.

Lynettea couldn't believe so many cats were interested in my welfare. I tell you if it wasn't for the support of my kitty friends I would just fade away. I am just about to be offered some food, so must go now.

Thank you to all the generous kitties who have offered their well wishes to me.

It sounds like you are resting and healing well, dear Diamond. That is amazing about the visitor from Queensland not being able to believe that you could run your own blog ... silly humans.

Continued purrs and prayers for your recovery, dear friend.

We're glad the wound is healing now, Diamond--just not to rub it. Sending purrs!
Purrs to you, Diamond - I hope your wound continues to heal without any complications!
Diamond, you gotta leave that wound alone. You keep messing with it, you'll wind up in one of those collars. Not fun.

Purrrrrrring that you recover with no problems.

I hope that you heal up just fine, Diamond. Try not to scratch or rub your wound, though it is hard when it itches.

We love you Diamond. You are such a lovely boy! We worry about you when you are not well. Did some critter bit a chunk of skin from your neck? Did the vet say what he thought it might be?
Try very hard not to disturb the wound during healing. We will keep you in our prayers, sweetheart. All of our love to you.
