Flower Eater

Dianthus passes the cat taste test.
Eat only the soft petals for a very sweet nutmeg and clove scented treat. I don't think they are a regular part of cat diet.
Violets are also edible, but do not try irises or lilies.
Get your human to check the list of plants that are poisonous to cats before you sample anything.
Now I must get ready to go out. Cloudy this morning and cold.
Hurry up Lynettea.

My human is pretty picky about what kind of flowers I'm allowed to chew on - pretty much, it's only roses.
You know what? We aren't allowed to sample any flowers. Although Tutu does eat romaine lettuce that Mommy feeds our tortoise sister with.

Mom doesn't let us have any greenery either. But thanks for the tips, Diamond. PS: are the fishies talking to you again?
