Pawprints

'Are they muddy pawprints on the tiles in the laundry, Sasha?'
'Some of them look like muddy shoe prints. Do you want me to help you mop them up? I could hop on the mop to stop it wetting the walls. Or I could  guard the clean parts of the floor so they stay dry. I am good at that.'
'Sigh . . .'
Or I could check out the food you are cooking. I love to do that. I could taste it to see if it is tasty to eat.'
