The magic carpet

The magic carpet has taken off. It has wafted me to a cold place, so it must be the northern hemisphere. What is that cold white stuff floating around me?

'That must be snow, Sasha!'

I have never seen snow,  before. It is falling on my furs. Do they have warm snow?

'Snow is cold, Sasha. It is frozen water.'

How will I drink? Oh! It is cold on my tongue!'
