It is sunny again. We haven't had sun for a while. Lynettea opened my front window for me to check the street. It was exciting to smell the scents in the breeze and watch for any movements. Here I am, sun. Ready to go. Ready for Life and all it may bring.

Well, it's only a few weeks until spring in your part of the hemisphere, isn't it?

It is only a few weeks until spring. Nowadays usually we just rush straight into six months of summer. Hotter and Hotter. Lynettea says that this winter has been much rainier, windier and cooler than we have had for years and years. Since I am a three and a half year old kitten, I don't remember back that far. I remember using my Snugglesafe heating pad last year, but I haven't used it this year.

We are getting close to the end of August so autumn will be here soon. We hate it when the nights are long and the days are so much shorter.

Lynettea says I shouldn't complain, as the winters in North America and Europe are so much more severe than we have here. It doesn't get really dark here in the winter, either. I think there are some places where the sun doesn't come up at all in the winter. I wouldn't like that.
